Go in through the Ultima Markets button on this page. Sign up with your Email or your Phone Number, then choose your country of residence and enter your first name, a valid email and a strong password. Leave “Individual” selected, accept the terms, then press “Create Account”.

Enter the client portal and confirm your email
After sign-up an email titled “Client Portal Access” reaches you — go into the client portal from it. A “Complete Your Profile” window opens: if you signed up with your phone number, type your email into it first. Press “Send OTP”, enter your login password in the “Security Authentication” window and press “Send OTP” again. An email titled “Email Verify Verification Code” arrives: copy the code into “Verify Your Email Address”, then press “Submit”. Slow to arrive? Check your junk mail.

Link your phone number — if you signed up by email
If you signed up with your email, you are asked to link a phone number once the email is confirmed: choose the right country code, enter a number you use, then press “Next”. This number becomes your login number, so keep it. If you signed up with your phone number, skip this step.

Complete your personal details
On “Fill In Your Personal Details” enter your name, gender, date of birth and nationality exactly as they appear on your identity document, then press “Submit”. An email confirms you have passed the first verification level.

Create the trading account
Press “Setup Account” and choose the MetaTrader 5 platform, the STANDARD account type and USD as the currency. Read the terms, tick the box, then press “Submit”. Look twice before you do: the account currency usually cannot be changed once the account exists.

Your account is ready — read-only for now
The account shows on the accounts page marked “Read Only”: you can deposit with crypto and sign in to MT5, while trading and withdrawals open once your identity and address are verified. Keep the account number and the server name.

Prove your identity — level two
An email reminds you to verify your identity — press “Complete Your Identity Verification” in it. Confirm your country of residence and then your details, choose the document's issuing country and type — an ID card (both sides), a residence permit, a passport or a driving licence — and upload a whole, clear picture, pressing “Continue” after each page. Once approved, trading and the other deposit methods open, and an email titled “New MT4/MT5 Live Account” brings your account number and both passwords.

Prove your address — level three
Go back to the client portal, open “Profile” and press “Verify Now” at level three. Confirm your country of residence and your details, then upload a bank statement, a utility bill or a proof of residence no more than six months old, in the same name as yours. Once it is approved, every withdrawal method opens.

Run through the quick checklist
Before you carry on: all three levels marked “Verified”, an MT5 account of the STANDARD type in USD, and your login details kept somewhere safe. Then deposit from the client portal with a method available where you are.

Confirm your email
A six-digit code reaches you. Enter it in the boxes, and if it is slow to arrive check your junk mail. The code is yours alone and works once — do not share it with anybody.

Start the personal-details check
Once you are inside the client portal, press “Verify now” in the top bar and choose to finish the check straight away rather than later.

Prove your identity
Upload a valid identity document: the whole document with its four corners, no glare, no cropping, no editing. The details have to match what you entered at sign-up exactly — a mismatch delays the review.

Link your phone number
Choose the right country code, enter a number that can receive messages, then confirm the code sent to it.

Open the live trading account
On the accounts page you may find an MT5 account already created — check it and use it. If there is none, press “Open account” to create one. Keep the account number and the server name; you sign in to the platform with them.

Move on to the deposit
On the deposits page choose the right account, enter an amount inside the limits shown, then choose a payment method available where you are and follow its instructions.

Before you carry on: the official sign-up page, a confirmed email and phone, clear documents, a live account set to STANDARD STP/USD, and your account details saved.
